Nico Rosberg's emotional induction into F1's Hall of Fame

.

As Formula 1's thirty-third world champion, Nico Rosberg was honored along with his peers in Paris on Monday evening at the inauguration of the FIA's new Hall of Fame.

The 2016 laureate insists he has no regrets about quitting the sport at the age of 31.

But while he longer lives his life in the fast lane, Rosberg remains as active as ever as he gives a free rein to his many interests.

"Today I am a family man, an advertising medium, a manager. And I am looking after investments, especially for start-up companies in the field of mobility," he told La Gazetta dello Sport.

And he's also working on an autobiography, which he says is "beyond the planning stage".

But Monday evening in Paris was a trip down memory lane for Rosberg, and one charged with emotion as he revisited his motorsport achievements and mingled with many of the very drivers who inspired him to become who he is today.
