Stoffel Vandoorne (P8, 4 points) : 8/10
It was a GP of mixed fortunes for Stoffel who, like his McLaren, team mate went no further in qualifying than Q2. A terrible getaway put the Belgian last at turn one. But he battled back with gusto, and with a set of medium tyres for the end of the race he succeeded in picking up four points.
