Nico’s run of non-points scoring GPs now stands at six, following another early end to the day. The Hulk got away clean at the start and was running a strong fourth place and the Virtual Safety Car could have seen him stay ahead of Raikko and catch up Esteban, but it wasn’t in the cards. Another potentially strong showing went up in a cloud of smoke as did his Renault power unit.
