This weekend’s Belgian Grand Prix marks Ferrari’s 900 grand prix participation. Although the revered Italian squad has taken part in every single F1 season since the championship’s inception in 1950, it actually missed the very first race, held at Silverstone, because of a dispute over “start money”. But with recent surveys revealing that Ferrari remains the most popular team on the grid, we can safely assume it will smoothly sail to reach the 1,000-GP threshold over the next few seasons.
